Shyla The Zoroark (True Story) Ch.13

Shyla was having restless nights. She keeps having the same nightmare of Kai being killed in the explosion and then she hears his voice blaming her for his death and wished that he never met her. She wakes up breathing heavily. She looks at her Grandmother who is still sleeping. Shyla steps out of the tent and decided to go for a walk she decided to look outside of the cave to look at the moonlight. As she makes it outside she saw Mewtwo standing there looking at the moonlight.

Shyla: "Mewtwo ?"

Mewtwo: "Oh. Shouldn't you be sleeping still ?"

Shyla: "Well......its just i can't sleep."

Mewtwo: "Why ?"

Shyla looks away not wanting to talk about it and thinks that Mewtwo is not the right person to talk about this kind of stuff.

Shyla: "I don't think you would understand."

Mewtwo: "Try me."

Shyla: "I had been having the same dream over and over again ever since i got here. You see i was in love with a male Zoroark named Kai. Sadly he is rich and the law said that slaves can not marry the citizens of the kingdom. Me and him kept visting in secret until we were caught and Kai was going to live outside of the Castle Town and i was trying to reach him and he some how tried to return to me and i stepped on the pressure pads and........"

Shyla could not find herself to finish her story and tried to hold the tears back.

Shyla: "...............He was gone and i had been having the nightmare of him dying and blaming me for his death and that he wished he never met me......"

Shyla looks away thinking that Mewtwo was going to say to her to suck it up and that its all in the past. Instead he places his hand on her shoulder and looks at her.

Mewtwo: "I'm sorry."

Shyla was surprised by this. All these weeks Mewtwo had been acting coldly to her and been being hard on her on her training.

Shyla: "What ? I thought.."

Mewtwo: "Do you honestly think i'm that heartless ?"

Shyla: "I'm sorry its just well you had been acting pretty coldly to me ever since we met."

Mewtwo: "Look its just i'm known as the monster of the kingdom and all and i just can't show very much compassion to anyone."

Shyla: "Your not as mean as i thought you were."

Mewtwo: "Well you just don't know me that well."

Shyla: "I wish Kai was here still. If i just ran away with him like he suggested he would've been still alive."

Mewtwo: "Its not your fualt its your Queen's fault. She is the heartless one who only cares for her own beauty. Even with those scars on your face you are 100 times more beautiful then her."

Mewtwo softly smiles to her and she just looks at him. The sun was about to rise.

Mewtwo: "Lets get to your training and don't take the cold treatment to seriously cuz well i want to keep my appearance for Darkly since he wants me too."  

Shyla: "Ok."

The 2 spend the whole day training together and when ever there is no one around them they both talk and spend time together. Mewtwo secretly went and got more medicine for her grandmother and did not even get caught since he was able to teleport in and out of he kingdom when ever he wants. Shyla was surpised to see more medicine for her grandmother since she did remember that it was almost all gone last time she looked.

Aria: "Shyla you don't have to do this for me."

Shyla: "I think someone else did this for me this time. I don't know who or how they did it. But, I'm glad. Besides you need this medicine to live."

Shyla started to have a feeling that it was Mewtwo who did it. But, She decided to stay quit about it since Mewtwo is not the kind of person who accepts thank you in return.
