in a kingdom a prince name lucario was wondering if he will ever meet his true love his parents tried to get him to marry a princess but he keep saying he wants to fall in love somewhere that is far from the the town castle a darkrai lived near the woods in the mansion he had taking a zorua and raised her she is now a zoroark darkrai is the mayor of the village and had some guards around the the village and the people knew that darkria is a heartless pokemon he made zoroark a maid of his mansion and had her clean his house and take care of the garden and always had her sleep in the cold attic but zoroark didn't complain much cuz she doesn't know how real parents raise their kids she went washing the steps darkrai watched her and went to his captain of the guards
captain: what is it darkrai ?
darkrai: i think its time besides she had been nothing but trouble and her mother is no longer alive to send me the money
captain: but darkrai she's still young her mother will be...
darkrai: i can care less about her mother or what anyone thinks now she's going in the filed to find some berries that never grow here and you must kill her theres no one in the filed now go with her
an hour later zoroark went looking for the berries darkrai asked for

as zoroark kept looking the captain took out his knife and started coming towards zoroark she saw his shadow and saw he was about to kill her she screams in fear and got ready to be stab but he couldn't do it

captain: darkrai told me too he wanted me to kill you and bring your body to him just so he can take your powers

zoroark ran in the woods as fast as she could to get away from the nightmare that just begun she was really terrifide the woods were dark and the trees look like something evil that wants to hurt her she just kept running and scream when ever a branch would get caught in her hair cuz she thinks they were hands of some scary pokemon she ran faster and as soon as she got the a different field she just drop down and cries not to far lucario and was in his carriage cuz he was sent to a village and was now returning home he look out his window and saw zoroark crying
lucario: hey stop for a second
the carriage stopped but zoroark didn't notice at all cuz she is still crying lucario came out and came closer to zoroark and saw how she sobbed
lucario: are you ok
zoroark jumped and backed away in fear
lucario: hey hey hey i won't hurt you i'm sorry i just saw you here and was wondering if your ok
he looked at her and saw scrapes on her
lucario: are you ok you got scrapes on you
zoroark: i was just running through the woods
